Technical Scope: Retail Interior Strip-Out
Full Restaurant Strip-Out: Removal of dining area partitions, seating fixtures, decorative finishes, suspended ceilings, and millwork throughout the front-of-house and back-of-house areas
Commercial Kitchen Demolition: Safe disconnection and removal of all kitchen equipment, ventilation systems, grease traps, walk-in coolers, and utility hookups
Mechanical & Plumbing Decommissioning: Disconnection of all gas lines, water supply systems, drainage piping, and HVAC equipment in compliance with Alberta safety codes
