Makki Demolition was contracted to execute a complete residential house demolition in the Redwood Meadows Golf Course community, located west of Calgary. The property owner sought to clear the existing structure in preparation for a new custom home build. The project required full teardown of the house, removal of the foundation and basement, utility disconnection, and site grading in accordance with municipal standards and community guidelines.

Technical Scope: Residential Demolition Work
Complete House Demolition: Full teardown of the residential structure, including roof systems, framing, exterior cladding, interior finishes, and all attached structures such as decks and porches
Foundation & Basement Removal: Excavation and removal of the concrete foundation, basement walls, and footings to grade level
Utility Disconnection & Capping: Safe disconnection of water, gas, electrical, and septic or sewer services in coordination with regional utility providers
Site Grading & Lot Preparation: Backfilling, compaction, and grading of the cleared lot to meet Alberta building standards and prepare the site for new construction
