Concrete removal costs are rarely based on a foot squared price or hourly price but an all-in job price. The cost of concrete breaking and removal includes all removal and recycling fees so you only pay the quoted price with no surprises. The cost is based on a typical spec and typical concrete thickness which is listed in the quote. There will be an extra cost if there is more rebar than expected or the concrete thickness is not known and is thicker than the expected cost.

When large hydraulic hammers can not be used we stand up jack hammers. The cost per ton is much more when demo is done with hand jack hammers compared to equipment-mounted hammers but this can be unavoidable especially when inside. Jack hammer services should be expected to take longer than other services and should be booked in advance as this is a custom service requiring more lead time to arrange an operator.
CHIPPING HAMMER SERVICES
Chipping Hammers are for those tight areas or areas requiring minimal force for various reasons. Chipping hammers are a standard service and usually is booked at an hourly rate as chipping jobs are usually slow compared to all other concrete removal methods and hard to predict a completion time.

JACKHAMMER SERVICES
Concrete Cutting is another service we offer. Saw-cutting concrete is needed when the concrete removal needs to end at a defined point with a sharp line. Concrete saw cutting is charged by the job size and requirements. We can saw-cut concrete up to 14″ thick and when the saw-cutting is complete we will dispose of the concrete in an environmentally friendly manner.
